- July 10, 2026 - Stage 1 proposals due
- July 17, 2026 - Shortlisted teams notified; hardware track teams receive devices
- July 31, 2026 - Stage 2 prototype and demo submissions due
- August 7, 2026 - Top 10 finalists selected and invited to Bangalore
- August 14, 2026 - In-person final round in Bangalore; winners announced
Eligibility
- Open to currently enrolled students (undergraduate, postgraduate, or PhD) at the following institutions: IIT Roorkee, IIT Madras, IIT Kanpur, IIT Bombay, IIT Hyderabad, and IIT Delhi
- Teams of 2–4 members only; solo submissions will not be accepted
- All team members must be from the eligible IITs listed above
- Each participant may only be part of one team
Project and Submission Requirements
- Projects must address a real problem in construction — specifically in Physical AI, Supply Chain, or Procurement
- All submissions must be original work created during the hackathon period
- Use of publicly available APIs, open-source libraries, and pre-trained models is permitted
- Teams must clearly state which track they are submitting under
- Submissions that do not include a video and slide deck will be considered ineligible
